Angi is a graduate of the Mercer University School of Law in Macon, Georgia. After law school, Angi clerked for the Honorable Robert S. Reeves of the Superior Courts of Georgia, Middle Judicial Circuit.
Angi is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2000. Following graduation, Angi joined the United States Air Force serving first on active duty and then in the Air National Guard. Angi retired in 2021.
