Jack is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens, Georgia. During law school, he interned with Judge Regina Quick, Superior Court Judge of the Western Judicial Circuit; Judge Eric Norris, Superior Court Judge of the Western Judicial Circuit; and Judge Thomas Schroeder, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Jack also interned with the Macon-Bibb County Attorney’s office.
Jack has had experience negotiating and drafting millions of dollars worth of contracts. He has been a part of dozens of trial proceedings. He has prepared judicial orders on matters concerning multi-million dollar construction contracts, complex business disputes, state administrative appeals, employment law, and criminal matters. Recently, an order prepared by Jack on issues concerning the U.S. Constitution’s, Fourth Amendment was affirmed by the Georgia Court of Appeals with a full and special concurrence by Presiding Judge, Dillard.
Jack grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and has happily made his way slowly south to Macon Georgia where he has found a new home.
